Australian-based online faxing company, Faxaroo, has officially launched its pay-as-you-go online faxing platform in the United States. Faxaroo offers individuals a simple, fast and convenient way to send a fax online on a per-use basis.

Faxaroo launched in Australia in late 2020 and has since been looking to expand its services across the globe, starting with the United States.

There are many instances where individuals still need to send documents via fax and don’t own a fax machine, or don’t want to subscribe to a monthly plan. Many places still require individuals to send them documents via fax, especially sensitive information like loan applications, medical information and even government funding submissions.

Faxaroo makes it easy for anyone to send a fax online, so you don’t have to line up at your local post office or store, sign up for an account or even pay a monthly subscription.

Most online fax providers require an account creation or online subscription to use their services, which then come with a specific number of pages that can be faxed.   With just a secure self-service portal, Faxaroo provides users with a way to send a fax online from anywhere, on any device, at just USD $2 for the first page and USD $1.50 for each additional page thereafter.

There is a significant gap in the market across the world for an easy-to-use online faxing platform for everyday individuals, which Faxaroo has finally filled.

There are a few pay-as-you-go online faxing services available but their platforms are difficult to navigate, do not have the appropriate security measures in place and still require you to sign up for an account before you send.

With more and more people working from home, many individuals are looking for a secure and easy way to send their sensitive information without ever leaving the house.

Faxaroo offers exactly that. In just three easy steps you can send a fax on any device with an internet connection.

Why fax, why not just email?

With cyber-attacks increasing due to technology advancing, sending confidential documents as an email is a very insecure method of file transmission and can be easily intercepted by malicious attackers.

Alternatively, fax has been used by organisations and individuals across the world as a secure way to send patient information in healthcare, client financials by banks and financial institutions, restricted government files by government departments and more.

Fax provides an added layer of security that email doesn’t. Faxes sent via Faxaroo are encrypted and automatically deleted by our system after delivery, so you never have to worry about them sitting in your outbox or having your email account hacked. You also receive an email confirmation, letting you know that the fax has been successfully sent.

Email, on the other hand, is one of the main ways criminals get their hands on confidential files. Because it’s easy to hack, easy to intercept and easy to trick users into clicking links that can cause major damage to your email account.

Where can I get started?

With Faxaroo now available in the United States, individuals can avoid the queues at Walmart, UPS, FedEx and Staples and send a fax online from the comfort of their own home via Faxaroo’s secure self-service portal.

Faxaroo currently supports international fax sending to fax numbers in the United States, Australia, Germany, Japan and Canada and many more coming soon.
